Recently, our CEO, Ricky Hsu, had the privilege of speaking at the Smart Aging and Sustainable Living: Advancing the Digital Industry Exchange Event, a collaborative and inspiring event that brought together industry leaders, innovators, and caregivers to explore how technology can transform elderly care in Taiwan.

The event highlighted the critical role of senior care in societal well-being and identified technology as a key enabler for addressing challenges in aging populations. Discussions focused on the Digital Strategy for a Super-Aged Society, emphasizing three strategic priorities:

Guidercare presented its contributions to addressing the first and third priorities under the Digital Strategy for a Super-Aged Society. We tackle the challenges of a growing aging population and caregiver shortages while maintaining quality care in Taiwan’s super-aged society.

To address caregiver shortages, particularly in healthcare and community centers, Guidercare showcased service robots for routine household tasks, companion robots for emotional support, and interactive chatbots for meaningful engagement and real-time updates. These technologies ensure high-quality care while optimizing limited manpower.
